- Fundraising updates – Sending a Teacher to the Mountain
- Eagle Crest for Spring Break to a staff members, we are going to do a raffle for teacher appreciation – will ask on FB/JagWire for in kind donations for a raffle. All staff will receive two raffle tickets that they can use to submit for prizes including the rental house. We want to give each staff member a coffee gift card including two raffle tickets

Old Business

- SUN School – Nicole Williams was going to send us a needs list for the Sun Pantry. Link will be emailed out via JagWire and added to FB once complete. Also there are lunch groups that may request some funding
- Community resource fair – served 84 people!
- Still taking signups for SUN school classes
- BIPOC boys lunch twice a month – looking for a man to lead the group

Principal Report

- The Community Support day went great!
- Planning 8th grade promotion – begin the discussion of possible planning
- New Principal’s secretary Jose starting on Mon 2/7
- Mr. Wilson’s class will start a ‘metamorphosis’ unit for Bernstein; the common project will be ‘pattern-based’
Committee Reports
Volunteer Needs – Are any needed- If so please let Kristen Beauchamp know
- 8th grade panoramic photo – March 31st – need help ‘wrangling’ and organizing the shot. Susan will check to see how many people we will need to let Kristen know how many folks to ask for
